Three Year Anniversary on The Forum! Giveaway Winner & Answer Announced!

Year 3 of being a member of the PCGS forums! Time really does fly when you're having fun. Below are a few of my Favorite coins purchases in the past year. Year 3 appeared to be the year of the quarters for me. I have also been dabbling in errors more. I can blame one of you for that. You know who you are. :) I have now completed 53 BST transactions with 32 amazing members. Also love chatting/messaging with some you from time to time. I've developed relationships with many that will last a lifetime.

Life update: I am starting to grow out of my YN title. I'll be heading out to college later this year. More on this later ;) .

Can't tell you guys about how appreciative I am to learn from you guys and grow on my numismatic journey. Before I joined, I was basically a hoarder of low value worthless coins. Many of your critiques have taught me on how to be picky and only settle for quality coins. Hope you agree with this statement on my purchases from the past year below. :)

As a way to show my appreciation of all of you, I would like to hold a giveaway. Nothing amazing but it'll be neat. Prize will not include the coins below; those are for my personal collection. To enter, guess the University I will be attending in the fall. It's in the Midwest. That's the only clue I'll give >:) . Comments and edits will be permitted up until Saturday June 4th, 8pm CST. If multiple members get it right, winner will be determined randomly.

Thank you all again for 3 great years here and hope for many more.

To keep it coin related for the rest of you, post a coin with a 3 on it!

Congratulations on your three years. While you’ve learned from us, we’ve also benefitted from you being active on the forum! Thank YOU!

I’ll guess Michigan. Thanks for the opportunity.

Here’s my coin with a “3”. I call it my “Ash Wednesday” Half Cent, lol. I loved the coin, other than it having that obvious distraction. CAC felt it still merited a sticker. I bought it as a 64RD, and when I got it in hand, I liked it even more, so I sent it back to PCGS via Reconsideration. Even though they originally concluded it did not merit a plus, this time they changed their minds, and gave it the “+.”

okay... need to post something with a 3 in it...
