For those that keep doubting the power of social media and coin collecting, here is a good example of what can be out there if you catch it at the right time. I managed to get this from a dealer off of Instagram, the story about these coins is that they have been in this particular Wayte Raymond page for at least 5 decades, if not longer. When I saw it, something told me it needed to be part of my collection. You just don't see a grouping like this all that often. The coins have definitely picked up that classic Wayte Raymond toning and are very attractive in hand. I grade this grouping from VF to AU, with the 1819/8 being the standout. Most of the coins have luster screaming around the edges, which really adds to the cool factor. It looks like someone added the Overton variety stickers, which is nice. Eventually I'll take individual images for each of these coins.

That's the only one. Plus it's the first one in my collection. I've heard a lot about them and have seen them at some shows, but usually blank. After some thinking, I've decided these coins will remain in the holder. They pretty much speak for themselves.
