You couldn’t find another soccer action shot with three greater players. I believe this one trumps them all. You soccer buffs, post one if it’s out there. Thanks Have this one signed by Beckenbauer. Unfortunately never got Cruyff.

There are some really nice action shot examples out of the 1974 Topps set.!
This is my favorite action shot from the '74 set, at least among the HOFers (Seaver, Fisk, Morgan & Williams are a close second). The '71 and '73 sets have some great ones as well, especially the horizontals!
1971 was like the training wheels of action photography for Topps. Some are great (Munson!), and some make you wonder. Brooks looks to have to have badly fooled on a pitch he swung at here. I've always thought this was a bit of an awkward shot to use for a card.

Do not own this one yet, but I always liked it, Nice blocking.
Hey Chicago1976,
Pretty Cool…
I see: 8 Vince Evans - 87 Mike Cobb - 79 Emanuel Zanders or Lionel Antoine {can’t really tell} - 26 Matt Suhey - and we all know who 34 is…
Yep, I used to be a South Sider

Good eyes! And memory! The photo was probably taken in 1981, so I'm guessing 79 is Zanders.
Love the pics. The 1971 munson certainly is one of the best cards of all-time for many reasons. The 1973 Butkus is awesome also. I would add the 1974 Nolan Ryan to the list. The 1973 and 1975 OJ Simpson.

And the back probably read:
With two blockers in front of him and only one Packer defender, the Bears' half back looks to go around the end for a big gain.
(No players' association license)
Kids still preferred the names, even without the logos. I still have a soft spot for those Fleer sets, even though I don't collect football.

Solid baseball action on front and solid floating head action on back!

I have this one signed by Bobby. Hopefully one day Ken will agree to sign somewhere.
