A few counterstamps on moderns

I find this type of stamp more interesting than single letter stamps. Most of these came from another forum member here and I have a dollar coin stamped too, somewhere. I like interesting stamps like these.
Disclaimer: I am not expressing any political viewpoint.
Have any? Thoughts on this type of coin alteration?

These look interesting.
What’s the story behind these?
Did the forum member you got them from make them?
He is still active here, I asked permission to mention the user name.
I am not sure if the story of what they are about either, but the No More War stamps ring true as always.

I have examples of those. Without regard to politics, they are fantastic examples of this style of counterstamping. (If it isn't clear, each coin has a cointerstamp on each side - two related messages on each coin).
All the dies originated at the Shirepost Mint, with some of them being used by others to counterstamp the coins.
There are three pairs of dies shown, dating from the mid 2000s, 2012, and more recently (one pair of dies might still be in use).
The oldest pair (mid 2000s) is NO MORE WAR / NO MORE LIES.
Next is 2012. RON PAUL 2012 / END THE FED. (Part of his platform was to end the Federal Resetve System).
Last is the FREE PRESS / NO MORE LIES. This one is several years old and might still be in production.
Now let's enjoy the design and execution of this historical exonumia without going over a cliff due to politics.
Shirepost, that rings a bell.
This one is also really cool looking. Pictures from ebay

Agree. I'm just trying to figure out who made these, no politics!
PCGS slabs these Western Reserve Numismatic Club overstrikes!
And now there's even a reference book for these!

Those are interesting counterstamps... Have not encountered any of those. Will be keepers if I find one... Cheers, RickO
I actually found this one in a roll search several years ago.
@SaorAlba nice find! I like the gritty look of your example.

Wonder what it would cost to make a die like those?

Won a small lot of Liberty nickels and two were stamped, nothing special but they still have an appeal to me.

Out of curiosity, do any of the four main TPGs grade counterstamps?
