I still challenge you to find an Ebay listing for a W quarter that sells for "much lower" than $6.99 and if you do please post the link.😉
No. There's no point, you've already made up your mind.

Good luck finding one and if you do I am ready to provide an explanation for why it sold for such a low price because it will be the exception to the rule.

Yeah. A Baptism. I bought a couple
dozen of these at $10 each from a walk in customer. Submitted to PCGS. Have sold most between $100-$150 on eBay. MS64-MS66
YES - I think there is room for values to go up, but the questions are which ones! Relative scarcity is usually overcome over time by higher prices. They don't make more, but when all 2 million of each are found only a handful will be preserved and perhaps 1% of them graded, the ones that get a MS 65+ will be collectible to someone. (Warren Buffet types). But you aren't going to get rich if you found one. In fact, I would look at the high price of getting them graded before sending them in to PCGS or NGC. The argument that more graded examples will be needed for Registration Sets is valid, but weak. The sheer number of new issues, types, finishes on modern coins are mind boggling. Plus the dearth of new collectors does not bode well. 2 million is relatively rare,
W-mint production strikes in MS condition might have a significant premium over PDS. However More modern rarities are minted every day, not are truly valuable, but fun to get in change.

This doesn't mean I think the value will continue to go up. They're pretty settled down, in my humble opinion.
