    I think I see both (well die polish, not scratches per se), but the 10 to 1 direction marks in the upper left field and the same in the lower center field are PMD from what I can tell

    Try to post photos that you feel are easy on the eyes (Yours, mine and ours)
    Also try a tilt and lighting movement.
    Think out of the box.
