I believe it to be an AU55. Way wrong the last time, but here I go. From photo provided I feel their is wear on the Eagles left wing crown, eyebrow, yet none on the talons. The obverse appears to have shelf wear. No apparent luster that I can see from pic. Again another nice CBH.

Coin appears to have luster to me. Solid looking AU.
Assuming the images are accurate representations of how the coin looks in hand, I say either AU or AU Details, depending on whether those marks on the reverse under the head of the eagle are clash marks or scratches. Can't tell for sure from the image. Hell for all I know the TPG called it MS67...it's like throwing darts at a board lately with some of the grades I've seen and gotten.
I agree with O-110. Also, I cannot see what is being called scratches as being on the body of the eagle, just the fields. So I believe it would have not have been labeled as details grade. Then, that's just my opinion.

I'd go either 45 or 50, depending on the luster, or absence of it
Did you Overton it yet?

Looks AU to me... but the scratches on the reverse (below the eagle beak) concern me. Cheers, RickO

AU58 beauty!

50 but I've lost a bit of my grade guessing swagger since the last time 🧐
I’m going to take the jump and go with 63. I think it’s just slightly weak on the high points, but it could be wear.

Another good pick up. Grade?....I don't know. It's a beauty......You're on a roll!
Well, that is a good question. I believe it is an O-110. What is your thought?
I'm thinking AU55.

I know the grade assigned, so I'm going to refrain from the guess.
I hate to say this, but I had some reservations on that one so I decided not to bid.
As @jesbroken confirmed, I'll third the call on O-110

I am in the 55 camp. Nice coin, and congratulations on the new member of your family.
55.

Mid-Au seems about right. I'll err on the low side. AU53.

from the pics, 58+, in reality, i'll guess 55+
I still don’t understand the forgiveness these older coins are allowed. But apparently they are so I’ll go 45.
I was way off the last time... this piece looks to have a better strike, but again the breaks in luster lead me to AU55...
