Off metal? It's very yellow. The pics are pretty accurate with the color.

    It almost looks like it was plated at one time and then went through a very tough circulation life.

    I have seen a cent like that - and strangely, it was also from the coinstar reject slot. It is discoloration - likely environmental of some sort. But does stand out from the others. Cheers, RickO
