If this were a 1921 Walker, I'd go with FN12 on the outside. The weak/worn date and reverse details don't speak of a strong VF(30) coin. Perhaps I am missing something, though.

That wear is unreal even for a pocket piece. It is a pop of 1 so it would go nicely into a lowball set. Wayne
