    What wonderful tokens Stef!

Thanks for posting these new images. It's great to see the evolution of these.

These are very interesting. NGC is certainly trying to adapt but appears to still has some ways to go, at least to me.

While the aspect ratio is more standard on these, I like the previous blue background and coin photos better. The "PLUS" in "PHOTOVISION PLUS" also has a strange gradient which makes the "P" hard to read.

Overall, I think TrueView and the previous blue PhotoVision are easier on the eyes. I have a harder time enjoying these photos for some reason.

    Labatt's - mmmmmm. Haven't had one since I left Michigan in 2010.

That third token, Improved order of red men, it is beautiful. Obverse and reverse are both stunning designs.

    Nice upgrades in their imaging.

As an aside I heard an interview with one of their graders from comic book grading yesterday on NPR, they went into the whole grading process and mentioned other collectibles in passing.

@zoins as I said I’m not sold on the dark background either. I would prefer them in a white background with the NGC pattern running in the background. I think they choose the dark because the white would look to similar to PCGS. Trueview.

The do give you separate obverse and reverse so I guess I can insert them into a plain white background. But right now…..

……it’s just to much work right now for me.

Dark isn't bad by itself. Pure black looks very classy. I think one issue with these is that they gray background interacts with the new photos, which seem to have heavy gray / grainy edges on the devices.

I like the previous blue background ones a lot more, which I think are better at showing luster which these seem to lack.

I don't mind the more "wide angle" aspect ratio like TrueView, but I like the blue background and actual images better before.

Hopefully, they are still adjusting this.

    Beautifully chosen!
Different indeed but very pretty selections.
Good decision in your new direction.
All your bunch, speak for themselves.
    Excellent photos, as well.

Another side note with PCGS I submitted 9 GMM coins of various years. 3 were the 11 ray instead of 13 ray.

That's great! It's good to know I'm not the only one with multiple 11-ray coins! I wonder how high the PCGS pop can get to the mintage :)

I tried changing a few background's but, still keeping within their new template design but, lightened it up and added slight glow to appear the coins is "floating"..................... Tell me what you think. I think the lightest gray looks nicer than the graduted one but, others may like it better.
    .
And the City Hall I gave it some depth which the image saw sorely missing.

Lol, I sure wish I did. No I have four 11 ray but, out of 9 coins they only grade two. 4 are 11 ray and 2 were 1998 and one 1998 in silver. Weird thing is, they had marked 7 coins labeled(forget which) next day all gone but 2. I think they were the 11 ray.

As far as aesthetics, I prefer the lighter gray background. Cheers, RickO
