When I young, I really wanted one of these coins. Since then, I have upgraded my 1795 half dime a couple of times.
Believe or not, the 1795 is the most common date among the early half dimes. I have been collecting those coins since the mid 1970s.
I think it’s sweet. The coin and the holder. Closest in my collection is a 1797 H10c . Really need to find a nice flowing hair like that for my ‘type’ set.
