1904 IHP with "Y" misplaced?

I found this in my collection and wanted to see if this is a known error or not? Y in LIBERTY Is on the line of the bandana and tilted.

    Damaged, not misplaced.

    The details were not punched in.

    The detailed were on a hub and the die pressed onto the hub to form recessed design on the die that makes the raised parts on the coin

    There is no misplacing in that process.

    Could be metal movement from a circulation hit - not a mint error.
