Half Dollar Possible Error

Has anyone ever seen one of these? Not sure if it's an error or not since they are sunken dates, but on the back it looks to be a mint error. Anyone have an opinion?

new accounts usualy have to wait for a few days/posts before posting pictures and possible using other functions. some newbies have seemed to find a way around this by hosting on certain sites and adding the link.
Plus, you are posting links/URL to files on your hard drive.
The URL feature needs a URL from a web server
