Cyprus 1901 VIP PROOF SET RRR (Heritage 2006 in individual pieces, 3p in PCGS PR67, 4.5 p in NGC PR65, 9 p in PCGS PR65 and 18 piastres in PCGS PR66

The 3 piastres is identical to a three pence, the 4.5L a one year type, the 9 piastres identical to a shilling and the 18 piastres identical to a florin. Almost identical….

G.Britain 1901 mint set from 1/4d (blackened) to halfcrown. A set assembled piece by piece from ebay, circa 2006, even though the set initially purchased only needed the florin upgraded.

Straight Settlements 1901 5 cents PCGS MS65 ,Berlin show raw purchase from Baldwin’s 10 mins before closing final day of the show with very big room for discounts, initially thought a 66, but I had missed the black spot in front of the nose , fall 2016

Cyprus 1901 18 piastres PCGS PR66 OGH part of the above mentioned set

1862 1/4d PCGS MS65/RD , a bright red farthing, even though by mistake I did not put the image of mine, purchased by Colin Cooke from a small hoard that had just come in, but McCrimmon’s perfection, equally graded but mine was not nearly as perfect as his (the above coin).

1887 crown PCGS MS64, when was that now? Bought from NYINC I think, or Karl Stephens (?), 2007 perhaps?

1901 florin PCGS MS64, part of the above set with the most incredible story behind it and as such a coin that will always stay with me and will forever remind me all the backstage to obtain it.

1901 gold half sovereign PCGS MS63. Bought for BV, after selling an expensive PCGS MS64 graded Dr Terner pedigreed one.

It is the ex Canadian museum’s collection set. Not sure which museum right now.
