Is the Memphis coin show in Mississippi?

    Love the 1885-CC Morgan

I'll be going Friday. Looking for some graded wheats and morgans. I think one factor why it is across the state line because MS doesn't have sales tax while TN does.

Show reports please.... Should be good attendance... most pandemic protocols are being dropped now... Have not had them here for quite a while.... Nice to see people smile again... Cheers, RickO

I assume MS = Mississippi, MO is Missouri.
I'm familiar with southhaven and it borders Memphis but it's in Mississippi.

Not sure on table size. It’s usually pretty fairly attended. Was canceled last year.

    I plan to go.
    Birmingham to blackjack to coins…
Maybe I’ll win enough to buy something really cool.

went to the show Friday and back again Saturday. Around 20 or so tables set up, great variety of things but keys and high end were rare to be seen. One table had super rare and high end but above what I had intended to spend. Many of the dealers seemed as interested in picking up inventory as selling which is good/bad depending on what your goal of the show was. Did manage to upgrade my 14D with the highest example I could find. Came from Woods Rare Coins, nice guy. Moved me up two spots on the registry set but I really want (and still want) a 63. Found a nice, cleaned AU/maybe UNC 1874 Indian Cent that I hope will tone up in my Danso. A decent 71 and 72 Indian cent for my circulated Dansco set. Here's what I came away with.

I attended the show, first time for me. Hands down, it was the most welcoming and friendliest show I’ve been to in years. The dealers were great to take time with each customer questions.
I also noticed quite a few families with YN’s. I picked up a Morgan for my type collection. Plan on going next year.
