Looks like all of it
That coin resides in a coffin, and is very unlikely to ever be released.
Can it be resuscitated?
No. The holder generation, high value of the variety, and high grade will preclude anyone from re-holdering it simply to get rid of the holder's scratches.
I was talking about the schmutz
I just might take a chance and...............?
I had to look up "schmutz". It's Yiddish for a filthy or soiling substance such as dust or grime. That coin looks fine the way it is and those scratches can be easily removed with the careful use of plastic polish. Please don't destroy that rattler slab. I consider them to be like a first edition.
Worry is the interest you pay on a debt you may not owe.

A truly schmutzified holder if ever I saw one..... Even in that condition, those who collect old slabs will be happy to pay you for it.... Enjoy or sell.... Cheers, RickO
There was a recent post on using one of those head light polishes that fills in scratches, but I cannot find it.
Maybe your searching will be better than mine.

If the coin itself is unscathed, it's smutch ado about nothing?
This holder is a candidate for Meguiars Plastix and some elbow grease. Be nice to see that coin thru clear plastic. Plenty of scratch treatments have been discussed here. Good luck. Peace Roy

you guys are tough on this one. i wouldn't even use smuchtz. just a scuffy (not bad from pics) rattler, one of many.
i'd be more concerned the coin looks to have a chance of being recolored. perhaps just some original surfaces peeking through since it is an unc? although unfortunately to find out, one needs lose the holder and like the others, i'd probably not be willing to do that.
to the OP, i still like the coin. a small motto in unc is all that needs be said.
