    I did not realize NGC slabbed those.

    What is on the label? 1995 Coincraft fantasy of 1938 proof Frans Karel Hejda Jefferson nickel entry in silver?

    I wonder if I could get my 1932 proof Thomas Cremona Washington entry in silver slabbed?

    I have two of these I got from CoinCraft in London in person in 1997 (they wouldn't ship to the US out of fear of legal ramifications).

    If NGC slabs them I guess I should get them in plastic. What does the label say?

    @JBK ,

    It's not an NGC slab, but a PCCB.

    However, it appears that PCGS does grade and certify these.

    Now I understand why these are so difficult to come by here in the US.

    I do not recall seeing that 'coin' before.... I have seen the subsequent examples on this forum though.... Did not realize they were commanding such prices. Cheers, RickO

    Not sure they "command" those prices, but that pricing level seems to be a plateau for the ask.

    Love the look of these "fantasy" coins.
    I was unaware of their existence.
    Thanks for posting them.

    Interesting how European dealers refer to them as 'patterns'

    And they're made of sterling silver, to boot!
