    Yep, and they seem to be fairly common occurrences
    on the reverse of Nickels in the past few years.

    On the side of the Memorial like yours and in the upper first bay on Lincoln cent reverse memorials they are usually referred to as "Hornets nest" die chips - fun find!

    Some time ago, I posted a 2018 P nickel with a chip on the reverse that looked like a statue on the landing.
