Fairly green to collecting. Searching for answers

Hi there I have a few coins I have questions about. I have held onto a few coins and am always checking through any circulated coins I come across. I have a few I have questions about there value and whether or not they are recognized errors. Any help is greatly appreciated. I have a 1977 circulated memorial penny with what looks like a reverse Double die or double strike? A 2009 lincoln penny with the same on obverse and reverse. A 2020 quarter with double die or strike on "In god we trust and "dollar" and last but not least 1982D lincoln penny which I am pretty sure by the sound and teeter method of weight might be copper? With a die chip between RI in america on reverse? Opinions or comments are greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Most doubling is Machine (or Mechanical) Doubling. That happens during the striking process but is different than a double die. Good photos would be needed. Machine doubling normally has a flat shelf look to it. Double die should have split serifs and roundness.
1982-D Lincoln came in both Copper and Zinc.

Welcome to the forum.
I didn’t see any coins of extra value in either of your groups of images.
The only valuable cent from 1982 is the 1982-D bronze, small date. Your 1982-D’s look to be zinc, not bronze.

Thanks for your help. The 2020 quarter with the doubling or the 2009 penny with the doubimg in the nose?

Countless coins have some degree of doubling and are of no extra value. See this site: https://doubleddie.com/
and in particular, this section titled “Worthless Doubling”

Viewing the pictures you linked, I agree with the above conclusion of machine doubling. No doubled dies. Check out the links to further your understanding of this issue. Cheers, RickO

Welcome aboard.
The 1982-D bronze, small date will weigh 3.11 grams.
The 1983 bronze also weighs 3.11 grams and is extremely rare.
When you do your coin searches, weigh the 82's and 83's.
You never know.

@WAYNEAS
Thank You. I appreciate your help. I do have a couple 83 d as well. I have weighed both but the scale i used is not weighing 10s. Ive ordered a better scale just waiting on it. One of them is weighing 2 and the other is weighing 3. Is there another way to tell if they copper or bronze? By appearance possibly? I was reading about the 83 and saw that it was discovered in ohio. I happen to have found the one in question here in ohio as well. Thanks for any advise.

They make a different sound when dropped on a hard surface
The zinc ones have a duller sound
Wait until you get a scale with higher resolution.
The weight tolerance for a normal 1983 cent is 2.40-2.60 grams. Since your scale only weighs to the nearest gram, any normal cent that weighs from 2.40 - 2.49 gms, will read 2. Any normal cent that weighs from 2.50-2.60 gms will read 3. There is no way to tell if the 3 gram cents are normal, or if they are struck on old copper planchets. Both can read 3 on your balance.
BTW: I wouldn't get too excited about finding a 1983 copper planchet. Only a few have been found out of BILLIONS (with a
minted. You have better odds of winning the lotto than you do of finding one of these rarities.
@ Oldhoopster @Msmorissine thank you! Lol. Ill wait. One more tgough if you can see it. Are both 0ennies I have below large date? The 82 looks slightly different? Thanks again.
