For those that guessed AU53 ANACS you were spot on! Congrats to all that participated, your eyes are very keenly tuned! Here is the coin….and yes, the plan is to send it in to PCGS for Gold Shield/photos and conversion.

I've never sent an old white anacs in to pcgs, mainly because I like these old holders quite alot. My 40 guess was based on the fact I presently have 2 cbh in old white holders graded 40 that look all of 50 to me..
If your coin has blazing luster that's not seen in the pics, it could be an upgrade candidate, and probably a good idea to try and cross it.
If it looks just like your images, I might think twice.. could get downgraded. 🤔
