I'd say AU.
Paper money eventually returns to its intrinsic value. Zero. Voltaire. Ebay coinbowlllc
The luster look very impaired due to the heavy toning, very difficult to judge the surfaces for rub also from these photos, somewhere in a range of MS63 to AU55 is the best I can say.

Wear seems minimal, but the eagle's breast shows it most. AU58.

Just based on what I can see in the pictures... I would say 55..... could go either way in hand. Cheers, RickO
