I’m new & I want to reply to someone and I don’t know how to?

    Go to the person's post who you want to comment on and
    then click on the blue link "Quote".
    A new page will open for you and then you can type away.

    Realize, that you may have to wait a period after joining to be accepted. Not sure, but have read that.
