Its untold how many reports that seller's items gathered up over the weekend!
I hope ebay will back up and look at the reports on that 09SVDB that the seller sold for $787.00

Pretty sneaky with the one day auctions hoping he can sell it before getting enough reports to cancel.

eBay looks to be complicit in this seller committing fraud. Shame on that entity.

Well the problem is wide spread on ebay, I mean I only look for three different Lincoln Cents, 09SVDB, 14-D, 55 DDO and that keeps me & us here on our toes.
But, then there is a possible other problem that may be (????) at work to some degree.
My mother passed away this past May and her estates was left to be dealt with by her three son's. She had a lot of STUFF but she didn't have anything of any real value, so estate sales were put together, and I sold a very few things on ebay that was vintage. What I found was ebay took 10% off the top and that included the money paid to say the post office! and then on every occasion there was another couple of dollars in the mix that they got that I never figured what it was??
Take this one seller over three days sold over $3,000 I didn't check to see if the seller charged for shipping, but what did ebay get out of those three days just from that one crooked seller?? Then add to that if the buyers paid via paypal and to my understanding is owned by ebay! Its clear that even selling counterfeit coins is a big money flow directly into ebay. I mean its my understand that at one time there were a forum group that patrolled ebay that worked directly with ebay to catch and remove counterfeit coin listing BUT! ebay dissolved it? So, yea if one of the forum members here runs across one on ebay and files a report, post the listing on the forum and gets others to file reports, and its not the weekend, or late night ebay will in time take the listing down. But, how much money is ebay making in total out of ALL the counterfeit's that gets sold that slide under the radar?
Lets take that one step farther, after an item is sold and say the person who bought a counterfeit, receives it, realizes it, contact's the seller, works out a refund, does ebay cough off their fee's or do they pocket it??
Does the buyer get the cost of shipping refunded?
If ebay still had a STRONG STANCE of absolute on counterfeit coins moving across their platform they would say a group of forum members say from here have a direct line to someone or some small group within ebay that could be contacted and the listing be pulled then and there, or maybe a hold on the listed until farther reviewed.
This counterfeit coins are making ebay a HUGE amount of money!

Update on this crooked sellers listings. I've checked in several times in the past 30hrs or so on their Other Items and they've not put up any coins, just ball cards, what I don't know is have they tried and ebay possibly blocked them???
But I'll keep checking in on their listings.

I sold a gold bar on eBay. Perth mint. Buyer cut plastic open, slipped in a fake bar that was too thick for the card, opened a case with eBay along with the card cut open and fake bar inserted photos , so eBay sided with customer and it cost me a gold bar and $1200.

I stand by my assertion that they are complicit in fraud.
