That linear striated toning on yours appears on a lot of the 80's OGP coins, especially the nickels.

That black speck by the I in Liberty is not on the coin. It was a speck of dust on the outside of the holder.
EDIT- Has a nice champagne color toning all over. Looks stunning in hand.

I don’t know, as I bought this PCGS PR70DCAM in June 2018 directly from an eBay seller for my Modern Type Set. It wasn’t cheap, at $1,350, but when they do come on the market, they seem to sell for even higher prices!

2. Yes, the current PCGS pop for 1982-S PR69DCAM Lincoln’s is 4,381, compared to just the 41 (but ever rising) PR70DCAM’s.

I'm going to try dipping a few of the ones I posted to see if I can get rid of the haze. Nothing to lose at this point with no chance of 70 in their current state. The good news is that these sets are typically priced cheap around 5 to $10.
