1963d penny on a PHILLIPINES 10 cent planchette

This is what I believe this coin to be anyhow. It weighs in at 1.9 grams and has a copper tone not silver . In 1963 the PHILLIPINES dime was a copper colored coin weighi g 2.0 grams the diameter also matches that of the PHILLIPINES coin.ive only seen a couple of coins actually graded to match this coin. I d welcome any and all comments

Take a picture with your cell-phone.
Open the picture on your phone and then Copy it (control C).
Activate a comment box here on the forum.
Paste the picture here (control v).
Hit preview button to review your post.
    then post comment.
I would practice on the "Testing Forum" category page which is the very last category listed under "misc".
When you get it right, post to this thread.
    Good luck.
