1925 Buffalo Nickel - die error

I have a 1925 Buffalo Nickel that is the same color as a penny. It isn’t silver in color. I’ve looked online to see if this is a known error but could not find another one like it. Does anyone know how much it could be worth? It looks like a die error. Thanks!

Show us the nickel. Can’t say a thing about it without looking at it first.

Well lit
@1925Buffalo... Welcome aboard. We will need pictures to conclusively advise you... However, having seen similar Buffalo nickels, I would say it is most likely environmental damage (i.e. time in the ground). Cheers, RickO
