Feels like a 63 to me. The luster being what carries it from a 62 with the cheek scrapes. Nice large piece of gold.

Nice looking coin will wager a 64
That’s a nice looking example. I’ll guess MS64+.

It looks nice. I will guess it at 65
MS 64 ...the scrape to the left of the mintmark worries me but it being gold and likely having good luster outweighed that
63 lovely coin

I'm going 64. Almost went 65.
MS64 was my first impression.

I got 64 but not my series...
Well, just Love coins, period.
Based on the last gold coin guess the grade I participated in, it's probably a MS66.

Here I will say 65 based on the other coins outcome.

64, and nice rich color.
I'm thinking 63. Could be quite different if viewed if hand.
Nice coin. I’d say 64+ with a shot at 65.

You numismatists are great at grading! Lots of correct answers. Ill post the grade in the morning so the west coast people get a chance.
Great looking double eagle, I guess 64
Beautiful coin!!! I’ll guess 64. I could see this grading 63 to 64+, depending on what it looks like in hand. Of course, if it’s 64+ or higher, it’s one of the 10 finest at PCGS

As I mentioned before, there were lots of correct guesses. This coin grades MS64 and congrats to everyone that guessed right. Cant wait to see it in person!
I'm sure you will enjoy it. I was too optimistic. I was going off the $5 Liberty that graded MS66 in a recent GTG. I was thinking maybe the same grader got ahold of this coin.

Well... late again... but I would have been correct this time... thought it was 64.... Cheers, RickO
