Where to start (short list)
The numbers in the date is far to FAT! and so is the font used in the "S" mint mark.
The upper loops of both 9's are closed, they should be slightly open!
On the reverse, the wheat ears are not centered.
The "N" in UNITED has deep cut valley's making it the wrong font.
The fonts used in the designer's initials is just ugly FAT, also the placement of the VDB is incorrect, its to centered the Wheat stems.
Then those rims.

This coin prefers to be called "big boned" (not fat).
Or is big boned what happens to the collector who purchases it?

It looks like a post-1968 Lincoln cent was used to make the mold (looks like 1974 - 1981 to me). Lincoln has the smaller head implemented in 1969.
