I chose these two because of the stories behind them (I know Joe D. isn't a card!) . The DiMaggio is actually on the back of a Mount Airy Lodge breakfast menu. When I was a young teen I was there with my family when my dad spotted Joe eating breakfast a few tables away. I grabbed the first item I could find and went up to him to ask for an auto. He was definitely annoyed but signed for me anyway. Turns out he was meeting President Gerald Ford for a round of golf that day!
The Whitey Ford autograph was obtained at a card show also when I was a teen. What makes this one stand out for me was listening to Whitey complain to the guy next to him (when I submitted a second card for him to sign) that he really needs to be charging people for his autograph. A year or two later and the industry changed and players did indeed start charging for their autos at card shows. He was a man ahead of his time!
The Dykstra's I did through a private signing. Had to get some 86 Mets done.
Couldn't pass on HoJo's first Topps card as a Met, also through a private signing.
Molitor was done TTM for $10 fee. I believe he now charges $20.
Matt Olson cards were sent to Spring Training camp where he signed and sent back for free.

Great thread! I've posted quite a few of the Rookie Cup autos in other threads so I'll branch out a bit on this one.
The fact Goofy and Mickey signed this makes this a great piece!!
Thanks. On our last trip to Disney we did a character breakfast specifically to get this finished. Mickey gave me a thumbs up when he looked at it to sign it.

Here's a few of mine in person autographs .. Ron Sedlbauer and Gaye Stewart were neighbours of ours. the one card is not sports but its signed by a Hindenburg Survivor.
I mainly collect UFC and these are 2 of my favorite. Anderson Silva & Chris Leben Dual auto /25... this is from Topps UFC Round 1, 1st UFC Lic release. This represents Silva's 1st UFC fight and contains a piece of mat from that event.
The other is an oversize box topper UFC Fistograph of George St Pierre - auto and fist print /10 (1st issue of Fistographs)
I work in the entertainment industry and I sometimes get to meet celebrities. My favorite encounter was with Travis Kelce two years ago. Nicest and classiest guy you could imagine. I bought all of these 1 of 1s (I couldn't imagine paying today's prices for them) for cheap to get them signed. He had no problem signing 50 items for me during his downtime.
collecting RAW Topps baseball cards 1952 Highs to 1972. looking for collector grade (somewhere between psa 4-7 condition). let me know what you have, I'll take it, I want to finish sets, I must have something you can use for trade.
looking for Topps 71-72 hi's-62-53-54-55-59, I have these sets started
I think that may be the only signed vintage Fleer Jordan run around. Only one I've ever seen. And the 86F is centered as well, and not signed across his face. Awesome achievement.
