While the picture is very good I bet this coin is more stunning in person. It’s one I would rather see with my eyes. One just gets that feeling sometimes when a picture doesn’t do a coin enough justice.

For comparison TDNs old MS68 (and well pedigreed) MS68 of the same date and hub type. One of the finest seated coins intact
Great photo!
It's a classic TrueView
One thing I really like about @tradedollarnut and Black Cat (the current owner)'s stewardship of these pieces is that TD had early TrueViews done and Black Cat has maintained the old cert numbers and thus the TrueViews.

Now what?
What's the point of your post SS?
Guess he wanted to share a high grade Trade with a CAC sticker. What's wrong with that?

Quite the luster
Key date too, that is a hell of a coin only dimmed by the legendary (minimal pun) MS68 of the same date hub type.

Don't know about his reasoning or intentions, but I for one am very curious to see how much it will fetch.

That is a truly beautiful Trade Dollar.... It will be expensive, deservedly so. Cheers, RickO

$112,500 with the juice … seems like one could do a lot worse with 112k.
