What is that green gunk?

It looks to be on the rim of the coin.

Rinse that thing in acetone and hope it comes off cleanly.

Something on the outside on the cardboard. It just came off with a wipe. No clue what it was. @jmlanzaf

Unless the image way understates luster or color, unless it is one of the varieties, I’d say a common look for low unc for a common coin

Probably looks better in hand. Weaker strike and maybe a 64. Nice example for an album.

It may just be the photo but this one also looks cleaned and retoned to me.

Definitely not a bold strike as Buffs go, but overall a decent lightly marked coin.

It should go 63 IMHOP.

I don't like it, looks glossy or cleaned, wiped. Maybe the shadowy lighting is throwing it off.

Looks sticky. May need a dip before going in may have a bit of PVC.
