NEWP Pics added! new error coin on the way. what have you gotten lately?

settled on a deal with a error dealer. taking coin in installments.... I know its not glamorous but it helps me keep under my "coin" budget.
I am working on a set off of 19th century offmetals.
I am currently working 50c, and SBA varieties.
I am picking up a 50c on SBA planchet in pcgs plastic.
Please post your off metal varieties.
My purhases have slowed as other financial goals, investments have garnered more interest. I am trying to get 2-3 4-figure coins a year now. Less frequency, but more solid pieces for my core set.

This is half off-metal
I can relate.......Used to be I had "Coin Money" but now it's being used for "Food & Gas" money.

I've been slowing down a bit on purchases as well, other than a few cherrypicks and a really beat up contemporary counterfeit silver trime, but I did pick this up as a slight upgrade for my Lincoln clipped planchet set. After nearly 30 years, upgrade opportunities are few and far between, so I had to jump on this coin.

This is why I like to search coin rolls, you never know what you will find. I'm always looking for error coins and have found some 50- 60% off-center pennies. Love them.

@2ltdjorn.... I like that 50 cent piece on the SBA planchet... Would love to find one of those in a roll. Cheers, RickO
Very nice. This is a great way to collect as the coins can be very visually appealing!
Very nice coin! I like how it's the first year of the Susan B. Anthony dollar.

Very nice piece!
I would love to see some of your 19th Century off metals. What do you have so far?
Nice Kennedy.
I do not pursue error coins but would like to add one of these to my collection.

Kennedys are my quest...
I did not realize Jim's was still around - are they still holding bimonthly error coin auctions?

No more mail auctions. I miss those too. Always tried to pick up post auction buys, and usually got something cool.
