settled on a deal with a error dealer. taking coin in installments.... I know its not glamorous but it helps me keep under my "coin" budget.

I am working on a set off of 19th century offmetals.

I am currently working 50c, and SBA varieties.

I am picking up a 50c on SBA planchet in pcgs plastic.

Please post your off metal varieties.

My purhases have slowed as other financial goals, investments have garnered more interest. I am trying to get 2-3 4-figure coins a year now. Less frequency, but more solid pieces for my core set.

As always smooth transaction with Jim! Now on to the 50c on 5c and 50c on 1c!

WTB... errors, New Orleans gold, and circulated 20th key date coins!

I can relate.......Used to be I had "Coin Money" but now it's being used for "Food & Gas" money.

This is why I like to search coin rolls, you never know what you will find. I'm always looking for error coins and have found some 50- 60% off-center pennies. Love them.

Very nice. This is a great way to collect as the coins can be very visually appealing!

Very nice coin! I like how it's the first year of the Susan B. Anthony dollar.

I would love to see some of your 19th Century off metals. What do you have so far?

    Nice Kennedy.
I do not pursue error coins but would like to add one of these to my collection.

I did not realize Jim's was still around - are they still holding bimonthly error coin auctions?

    Sean Reynolds

Incomplete planchets wanted, especially Lincoln Cents & type coins.

No more mail auctions. I miss those too. Always tried to pick up post auction buys, and usually got something cool.

    He’s on eBay. Estate-Treasures5.

A lot of great offerings that are pretty cool.
