Probably MS-64, but as others have said the too bright pictures can hide some marks. I learned that lesson with auction house pictures a decade ago.
When I first saw this title, I thought that it might be a trick question. A fake 1885-CC dollar has cropped up in a fake GSA holder. The silver lettering on the holder is a little choppy, and the black insert is made of smooth cardboard without the little pebbles you see on the real thing.
Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. Get pics straight on not angled into light to hide all the bag marks.

I see 64-65 depending on how the luster looks on the cheek.
Pics washed out with brightness - as stand with being able to see the bag marks but not the fields maybe a 64

63 but will blame photos having to be taken through plastic for any error.

Very difficult to try to grade from your photos, but from what I can see, & what I can guess, I say 63, maybe a shot 64.
