Kinda goofy slabs from flea market

Let my fingers do the walking thru oodles of assorted flea market flotsam and jetsam to snag two unwieldy slabs with little feet. Looks like DCGS was in the game from 2001-2005. The outie clear surface sides are slightly scratched which is a bad design. Yeah you can see the third side real nice but.....at a cost. Anyway nice to get 2 defunct slabs on the cheap. Haven't seen these on the forum before. Enjoy. Peace Roy

Cute feet.
I have never seen this type of slab before.

Kennedys are my quest...
I recall that company and their slab from quite a few years ago. Obviously it’s very odd and never caught on. I’m sure @oreville or someone will chime in soon with a full rundown on it.

I have a production slab and David has a sample in the book from Cam's SampleSlabs.com...

That just a unit in a business park, currently has a janitorial company.
The internet archive has some of their pages (Nov 2001 to Feb 2004):

If I had to guess, they started at # 1300001 and so we've seen evidence of under 5k coins graded.

Are the "feet" on those slabs removable? If not, I can see storage could be a problem.

I had one of those with a silver eagle in it around 15 years ago and have never seen one since. Their selling gimmick was the slab lets you see all 3 sides of the coin as it and can be displayed standing up because of those feet.

Nope they're an integral part of the slab, seam goes thru the tootsies.

Feet and really long legs too... Wonder why they made the slabs so tall?
Change things up to impress and distract the unsuspecting neophyte collector. IMO.

They are cool but not practical for storage or shipping. Here is my example:
They are not that attractive to have them displayed around. The foil hologram is the most interesting part. Go figure. Anywho it's been great hearing from everyone, I love this place. Peace Roy

Apparently didn't really have long legs, or they would have been in business longer 😜
Nice oddities from the lower tiers of TPGs.
Now those are different. I would like those 'feet' on certain coins that I like to display or keep on my desk. Cheers, RickO
I really like being able to view the coins rim.
And I like the band Little Feat but the belly button slab design with paws is a care and storage problem. I guess one could perform minor surgery and amputate the feet. Peace Roy

If you go back to their website, the selling point **was ** the feet, so that you could display your coins on your desk or credenza.
