For the last two days, each time I try to use this function, I get a msg

Yes, but keep trying, it's been working sporadically for me.
I thought that since I have an order in for reholder/trueviews the s/n's I have may be inactivated due to the update process (imaging stage).

It was not working on my mobile a couple days ago, so I uninstalled it and never reinstalled. Just like My Inventory, the coin prices up or down has not been updating/working for quite some time....

I had been having problems for the last month or so with the Android Mobile version, it would immediately crash. I recently uninstalled and reinstalled and it worked the few times i tried it after that.

Yes. Had issues as OP around the same time frame. Assumed it would be some sort of system updates, so just logged out and stepped away from the computer at that time.

PCGS Cert verification relies on a back-end database and occasionally the link will go down. Unfortunately this results in the type of error you see which could be a result of that, or the front end CDN which has also had issues.
I notice fewer PCGS outages than I do NGC, but both have their fare share of troubles. NGC has been extremely frustrating to the point where I often avoid the site. However, it looks like they rolled out a new design recently so hopefully that will translate to better uptime.
The best solution is to do exactly what vulcanize did: Walk away and come back later

I have found that when the website gives me the error, I can sometimes get it to pull up the coin by using the app. Not sure why they both are not down, but that has been my experience, including from Friday or Saturday this week.

I was having problems two days ago. It did not matter what cert I entered, I got an error. After I realized others were able to access it and that it was isolated to me I did a computer reboot. A browser reboot was not enough. After the computer reboot I have had no problems using it again.
