Anything truly rare now was never thought of at the time to be something to be collected. Baseball cards, Pokémon cards, Morgan’s/Peace, etc. So 90+% of supply becomes circulated and sub 10% is uncirculated condition.

I don’t think so. They aren’t scarce and all are in very high condition.
Depends if the US Mint continues the series forward due to the extreme popularity and, accordingly, the mintages grow in subsequent years.
A Barber Quartet is made up of Nickels, Dimes, Quarters, and Halves.
