Collis restrikes? In the past year, I have given away three and bought another five!

My latest from my friends at NEN...

    Why?

    Because you like them?

    Heck, I'd like one

Sometimes we get hung up on items of interest.... Happened to me lately, with, of all things... Flashlights. I was intrigued by the high power lights, and have one now that is pocket size, but puts out 9800 lumens on high. WOW!! Trying to stop now, may need counseling... :D;) Cheers, RickO

Are they made from coins? Do you use them to shoot coins? Did you trade coins for them?

I think we all have a baby duck gene. We imprint on whatever we happen to "see" and then follow it around.

A little of each. Converted a lot of coins I no longer had interest in.

I'm certain you old swabies have a soft spot for the 1911.

@Lazybones.... Absolutely... Love the 1911... Have several... and one custom I had made for me when I lived in WA state.... They are just great guns. I do not EDC them (I carry two Springfield XDs .45's) just because of concealability on my frame. Cheers, RickO

@ricko The top one is my EDC. S&W Compact .45 ACP.

@Lazybones - Great 1911's. Always liked the looks of them but yet have never owned one -- Damn Beretta Fever! :)

Next time my wife ask "why do you have so many knives" I'm going to show her Lazybones post and tell her be thankful it's not guns...lol (of which I have a few).
