This is yet another seller with low or no feedback and no return policy that's flooding ebay of late. There are several 1936-D 3 1/2 legged Buffs on ebay now by a couple of these sellers that are not the variety claimed. It looks to me like there's a coordinated rip off attempt going on and it's been going on for the last six months at least.

If ebay pulls the listing too soon they lose out on all those seller fees.
People think that report an item button/link really works but it is just a dead link that does nothing.
It takes a person that has an "in" with ebay to report it to get it removed
