Good afternoon fellow coin collectors, needed some expertise from the forum. I came across 89 Lincoln penny which seems to show DDO on the both sides. O the date, and on LIBERTY.
Let me know what you guys think?

@Vin71 Welcome, your pics are not in focus. IMO. Check for sharpness before posting. You also might be zooming in too close. Practice, check your images, play with the lighting angle and come on back. Good luck. Peace Roy

Unfortunately it is not doubled. This is a typical effect that happens at times with the copper plating.
Well first it cannot be a DDO on both sides as the rev would be a DDR. That out of the way your coin just has some common strike and split plate doubling. Uber common on the zinc plated Lincolns, no value whatsoever.

Never a slave to one plastic brand will I ever be.
Keep trying and maybe someday you will find one.
Research the material and focus on graded pictures that show the views of doubling.

Kennedys are my quest...
@Vin71... Not a doubled die.... some machine doubling and plating doubling.... No numismatic premium. Cheers, RickO
