1970 lincoln cent multiple mintmarks identification

I ran across this 1970? that appears to be a variety of double die as well as numerous mintmarks any help is appreciated

    @mcclerrensrpatrick .... Welcome aboard. That cent has PMD (Post Mint Damage) and is not a doubled die (DD) nor is it multiple mint marks. Good luck in your searches... Cheers, RickO

    You are thinking that's a "D" that has had blunt-force trama?
