Looking for any info on this coin holder.

I have never seen any Pgs holders like this.
I would like any info that you can provide.
Thanks

It says PGS, not PCGS.
And maybe it's just the plastic, but the scuffs sure don't look like a MS70...
It's a coin world self slab holder. I have a few that I have used and they work well for U.S. coins.
Thanks for the correction.
My mind and typing fingers are just always in tune with Pcgs. lol
I'll edited it.

Kennedys are my quest...
It’s a basement slabbed/self slabbed coin. Someone took a coin world holder and started grading their own inventory (optimistically in this case).
Frosty caught my eye. Unusual but who knows

If somebody certified/graded/slabbed the coin on their own... what does it mean "PGS Certified"?
"Pretty good shi*"
I have a PGS slab in my collection. Here is what I could find in my archives:
"Probably Grading Scam"
About as much as M7GS - Moursund's MS70 Grading Service - would mean.

Yep... That coin in the OP is definitely not frosty, and most certainly not an MS70..... Cheers, RickO
Preposterous Grading Service. Phony Grading Service. There's many more I'm sure.
