Is there an "Mark All As Read" button I am missing?

After a day or two, it would be nice to open up the boards and start fresh regarding unread thread posts. Perhaps I am missing it, a button I can click that would mark as read all threads. Reddit offers it, and it is a convenient feature. Thanks1

There is a marked all viewed button at the top of the page.
This will mark all posts as read.
Account options in the top right corner. You can mark category viewed or mark all viewed.

There's another straight up top that's not in a drop-down, to the right of the logo.

And the selection of "all posts have been read" would serve what purpose? I like/prefer this sites ability to save the page to a thread posted whenever I happen to get back to that thread to catch up with the new posts posted to that thread. Or maybe that option has anything to do with that?

I just look at the threads and recall which ones I have read... sometimes I go back to a thread, but not often. Cheers, RickO
i've asked before, at least once.
Every time I revisit the board, each thread will indicate how many new posts in a little orange box underneath the thread title and when I open the thread, it automatically skips the ones that have been read by me. So, I don't understand the need to mark all as read??
