US Mint Order Question...Please Excuse My Ignorance!

I buy items from the Mint every year and it is mostly the items I get via my Subscription or the Commems that are issued. Anyway a couple of weeks ago when the Peace Dollars came out I was at home during the day for a change and remembered that they were going to be available so I logged into the site just beforenoon EST and after a long painful process was able to order one. I think. My order was accepted and I received the email and later received a 'Your Order has been Confirmed' email.
So great...maybe lady luck has smiled on me with tough to get Mint Items for once! Today I logged into the Mint's site and my order is 'Backordered'. I am hoping this means that the order really is going to go through and they will ship when produced but also concerned that they are 'Backordered' in case anyone cancels their order which I think that 'Backordered' has meant in the past.
Anyway are my concerns legitimate? Just wondering really...your thoughts are appreciated!

All backordered due to them being pre-orders before being struck
You're good. They aren't shipping until October/November.

I don't know for sure - I've had orders marked "Backordered" switched to "Processing" as the order moves along. If it stays as "Backordered" then I wouldn't be too optimistic just yet.

These are the Morgan/peace issues
They weren’t slated to ship until October and I wouldn’t hold them to that month

Yep... My CC privy Morgan says 'backordered' too.... should change very soon if production is on schedule. Cheers, RickO
CC privy Morgan? Is that one of those 'potty dollars'? 🤔
😆
I have not checked my status since after the day I purchased it.
When I see members here receiving theirs in hand, I will check.

@moursund ....
Funny...But a good point.... Since 'privy' really pertains to 'privacy' .... Not sure why the term has been applied to special marks on coins... Probably a misnomer by well intentioned marketing people. Cheers, RickO
Thanks everyone...I will wait patiently by the mailbox!
