ITEM NOT SHIPPED TO YOU!

I like to store coins of interest in my "Watch List" when dealing with eBay.
I just got an offer from a bona fide seller offering me a discounted price on a "Buy it Now" item.
This happens a lot from eBay sending unrequested offers from sellers and was not concerned about it.
I reviewed the offer and noticed this in the item's listing:
Seller's Offer

$89.00 (5.32% off)

Expires in
47h 55m

Seller XXXX ( I blanked out the seller's ID)

Shipping

Item does not ship to you

Estimated total
$89.00

So where does it ship to?

    That's weird! I just noticed an anomaly to the English spelling rules. The I is not before the E after C in Weird!

    That usually occurs when the seller is in another country or say shipment to Alaska or Hawaii…..

    Did you message the seller and ask him?

    No as eBay sent the message. The actual listing does not say anything about special shipping, but only the shipping cost.
    Either way, seller wanted premium $$ for a $20.00 coin.

    Maybe your address is PO box and the seller doesn't ship to PO BOX

    i was sent a offer on Sept 13, that said the exact same thing, i bought it and it already arrived

    I had the same thing and went ahead and accepted. I was charged shipping and got the coin in a few days. I think it's probably a bug, I double checked the listing before accepting and there was no indication that it couldn't ship to my location.

    Sellers have the option of sending offers to buyers with the buy it now items in their "watch list." Discounts begin at 5%.

    So If you see something you want, might be a good idea to "watch" it in hopes of getting a lower offer from the seller in the next day or two.

    So yeah. You buy the coin. The coin is now yours. It just stays in the sellers possession indefinitely. Ask if he could issue you a paper certificate with the dollar value of the coin.

    Neither leisure foreigner seized the weird height. Problem solved. Only mnemonic I know, probably because I said "Heck with it!" and memorized the (admittedly odd) sentence.

    The exceptions that were included in the little rhyme I remember learning were neighbor and weigh, but they aren't even included in yours. :D

    I had a similar offer, not coin related, and the same Does Not Ship To You disclaimer. The seller was in France and it would probably cost an arm and a leg to ship internationally for such a low value item.
