Agree, Vam 11 which is very hard to get a good photo. I also have a Vam 11, lower grade, but it doesn't have the die chip or crack. But it does appear to have a stronger CC impression and it has a very light thread-line on cap diagnostic.
Another research project for me.
I cannot see the O/CC as hard as I try but can see the die chip between the P and the L.

I remember looking for one of these at the 1971 ANA in Washington D.C.. I did not find one and have never purchased one. I think they are a very cool coin.

Yes, it is a VAM-11 O/CC.
One diagnostic on your coin is a tiny die chip near the rim between the "P" and "L":
