Thanks for the bucks eBay. 5% now, by the way.
Of course the day after I spend $1500 on the site I get a 5% ebay bucks promo.
For being random it sure seems to happen a lot right after I spend more than usual.

I wouldn't be surprised if a sizeable expenditure triggers an algorithm to send you "encouragement" to spend again.

My mind reader refuses to charge me....
While this makes sense I don't think that is true. I also received this offer as I did the last and I have only bought one $9 non coin item in the past six months.

Never a slave to one plastic brand will I ever be.
I also get these offers just after I spend a good chunk of money!
Spent $800.00 this morning with no coupon.
Sent money and an hour later an eBay Bucks offer arrives.
Oh well.

Kennedys are my quest...
I don't earn any bucks on coins and have been on eBay since 1999. Am I correct in my recollection that coins are now excluded from bucks these days or is my account broken? 1% isn't a lot but it's better than nothing!
This last year most (maybe all) of these 5% bonus offers have come out on a Monday (and lasted 3 days). In prior years I recall more variety in starting days for the offer.
At least you get them. I have never received one and I have been buying there since 2000.
They did away with the 1% and now you only get bucks on special event days (like the current 3 days of 5%).

I got the 5% but have lost interest in eBay with sales tax. I prefer Great Collections over them.

I have gotten zero ebay bucks offers since they changed their payment system, although every time I go there I get the pop up to update my account and resume selling again (which at this point I am not inclined). I am guessing that until I do that, the ebay algorithm will shut me out.

That's not necessarily the case. My main account for buying (where I haven't sold for a few years now) has the pop up for updating to the new payment system and I keep ignoring it. I still got the 5% offer today.
I got the 5% but when I try to buy a coin gold I don't see the 5% discount show up. Anyone know why? I bought two low price coin I did get the 5% but not this expensive gold coin.
I think the coin is listed under billion. That sucks. I emailed the seller to change it to collectable. If he change I will buy if not forget it
You are not alone, sir!
Almost every time, lol
From zero to $74 in ebucks in three days.
Thank you eBay on stuff I woulda bought anyway.
Buy from me today and I can give you another 5% off and with eBay 5% that's 10%.
You must ask me to change the priced tho.
it's been 3 weeks since the last 5 percent promo, so i am buying a lot
the final value fees are lower when lised under bullion
That was in 2011.....they charge you a sales tax if you live in a state that has a sales tax on coins.
