Floating UPS truck!! Weather delays

Just saw video of a UPS truck floating around in the street and realized that my orders from NY and area will be delayed. I can’t believe what I’m seeing. Please be safe. So many forumites live in the north east. My prayers are with you all 🙏🤓🙀

I seen a LOT of flooding in New Jersey from IDA. Many cars and trucks were under water. I sure hope you guys that live in that area are safe

I don't know about a floating UPS truck...but after last night I believe it...but all I know is that my Mustang that was nearly floating during Hurricane Sandy also had a near death experience late last night in Manhattan!

Philadelphia got hit with freakish rain along with New York, New jersey, Maryland, Connecticut, Mass., and more, a huge area. And it started by smashing Louisiana.

We got a lot of rain here in the Hudson Valley area... but no flooding in my area (higher elevation). Streams are raging though... big time. Cheers, RickO
I'm in Long Island, we got smashed with rain. Minor basement water.
We got lucky, I had just cleared the drains.
Others, not so lucky.

Yikes, I've got an important package that was put on the UPS truck at Poughkeepsie (according to tracking) at 9:05AM but nothing yet.
The irony: It's a fractional currency shield. Collectors familiar with these know that most surviving shields show water damage from storage in a flooded Treasury basement. This was a premium example with very little staining. I hope that's still true.
Update: Just arrived at 3:19, and the package is dry!
An F-2 tornado tore thru our township earlier this week, missing our development by about 1 mile to the south& 1 mile to the west of us............. counting our blessings.
