GTG - 1949 Franklin Half - GRADE POSTED

I was going through some photos of coins I no longer own and came across this 1949 Franklin half. Would be interested in getting guesses on its PCGS grade, as well as opinions on its overall appearance. Grade posted toward end of thread.

How about 66FBL?
66/66+ FBL
I like the look.
Toning can hide a lot… With that said I’ll guess 66 FBL.

I'll go with 65FBL because of what looks like a non-insignificant mark in the right obverse field
Collector, occasional seller
Lustrous with attractive color. Relatively mark-free, but there appears to be a noticeable mark in the right field and possibly another on the cheek. I think it's a 66 without those marks, and a 64/65 with them, leaning to 65 because it's otherwise quite clean. As I see it, the bell lines are just a bit short of complete, so MS65, no FBL.
Beautiful specimen of the Franklin.

Not a FBL, but the colors make up for it. Along with the fields!

I like it as a 66 FBL unless Ben's looking at scratches on the coin. In that case 65 FBL.
If I recall, PCGS only looks at the bottom bands, while NGC looks at both sets. That said, from where you circled, down and a bit each to the left and right I think there are some bridges between the two bottom lines, which is why I still don't think it's FBL, even at PCGS.
65FBL. Pretty coin.
Probably mint set. While the peripheral toning is attractive, PCGS tends to be tougher grading on darker toning, which is the majority of this coin. As mentioned, PCGS only grades FBL on the lower bands. Also, something not mentioned in how PCGS grades, but something that I've noticed, is that getting FBL on date/mm that are commonly FBL is easier to get for coins that have potential FBL issues than the exact same issues on date/mm that are tougher to get FBL. 1949 P is a common date as far as FBL goes.
U.S. Type Set
Well that's news to me, good news and I'll take it and change my guess to 66+ FBL.
However, the PCGS video indicates both sets of lines. I understand the video and what actually happens could differ though.
66 no FBL. With the toning a bit hard to discern what toning, and whats marks, and the luster from pics alone. Nice coin, could be anywhere between 65 and 67
65 FBL
65 no fbl. Great toning, but is hiding a few scratches and nicks that I feel will prevent 66.

65 maybe FBL.
I'm going 66, NFBL (no full bell lines)

I am in the 66 crowd, but no FBL based on APN's assessment. Eye appeal is a 70 tho'.

65 not fbl.

Several of you nailed it, and many others were close or got it partially correct. Thanks again to all for your opinions and observations. When I first looked at the coin photos again, I thought perhaps I should have tried for a regrade before selling the coin, but now I don't feel so bad. There are some marks on the obverse which likely preclude a higher grade. I liked the peripheral rainbow toning but have a couple of late-50s mint set toners which are prettier overall, so decided to move on and reinvest the funds on something else.
BTW, my understanding is that PCGS's criteria for FBL have been modified (at least once) over the years. Perhaps this was graded during a looser period. I don't collect the series so really don't know if it would likely grade FBL by today's standards. @SkyMan seemed to think so, and I value his opinion very highly on all things Franklin half.
