The 1921 issue typically comes with an excellent strike but your 1923 is unusual and outstanding! You don't see many 1923 dated coins struck like that. Broadstrikes almost always show full or near full strikes in the centers of the coin.
Thank you for the compliment on that 23. I purchased it raw and will be going to our host for grading soon. Yes the 21’s are typically stuck pretty good but the one I’m showing is a bit better than most 21 buffs you’ll see. The broad stuck one I’m showing is for fun. Yes the central regions of these coins are incredibly well struck and that’s exactly why I posted it.
Happy hunting🤠🇺🇸
The bitterness of "Poor Quality" is remembered long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.

From someone who’s primary goal was to pursue a well struck set, I can truly appreciate your accomplishments. Here are some that are pretty rudely struck .
That 20 Buff you’re showing is freaking hammered. WOW!!

Let me amend my statement above-it's a special coin with or without a 100% full strike. It's an amazing die state and the reverse is something else-struck as well as the best proofs.

Except for the tiniest incompleteness in the far left hairline above the braid ribbon that '36-D is pretty special, too.

It is hard for me to resist a well-struck Buffalo. There are some awesome examples in this thread. Here are a couple of mine.
That's an outstanding 1918 Buff, TriPodBuffalo. Looks like it's all there.
Here's mine-
Oh-and the 1937 ain't bad, either! That's a tough date with a true full strike.
