Iā€™d like to wish everyone a nice (and safe) Holiday weekend.

Did you know that in Britain they also have a 4th of July? They do!

(They also have a 5th of July, a 6th of July, and so on,,,,,,,) šŸ˜‚

    let all of those out there in our fair country remember while she isn't perfect, there aren't many places on this earth that can't compete with the whole of this country and the many working parts.

    be safe and appreciate the sacrifices that were and are made.

    so much more to say but i'm in the "less is more" camp on this one.

    One of my favorite history books is "John Adams" by David McCullough. It's not only a well written biography onf Adam's but provides a lot of insight on the Revolutionary War and how very special and unique the Founders were in ultimately making the decision to declare independence and the incredible fortitude it required to see the effort through to the final victory. Definitely something to celebrate.

    The longer I live the more convincing proofs I see of this truth, that God governs in the affairs of men. And if a sparrow cannot fall to the ground without His notice is it possible for an empire to rise without His aid? Benjamin Franklin
